Laith Marouf joins Flávio Almada, pan-africanist anti-colonial militant and rapper (LBC Soldjah), for a walk through the internally colonized neighborhood of Cova Da Moura in Lisbon, Portugal. The pair reflect on the revolutionary martyr and leader of the Cape Verde and Guinea-Bissau anti-colonial struggles, Amilcar Cabral, and the historic interconnections of African and New Afrikan liberation movements to Palestine against the common foes of imperialism and zionism - touching upon the likes of Assata Shakur, Kwame Ture, Gamal Abdel Nasser, Huey P. Newton, Tupac Shakur, George Jackson, and el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz. Flavio also discusses the intensifying police violence and state demolitions directed against the Cova Da Moura and Amadora neighborhoods, and the necessity of building revolutionary internationalism to effectively dismantle imperialism across the world.
